Total Energies - Richwood

Total Energies Richwood will never see me or anyone else if I can help it, my vehicle broke down just before the filling station and I managed to get it to the station, what I thought would be a good place to sit down, have a coffee and sort my troubles out, was totally different from any other filling station/quickshop I had ever encountered. Firstly the coffee shop was not in operation, the Nescafe coffee machine was not working, and I was told I could not sit there, I was dumbstruck. All I wanted was a safe, quiet place to clear my mind and sort out my issue. After raising my voice not being allowed to sit there, the manager came out and allowed me to sit there, and sort my things out. Anyway, I have never been treated like that before and Total Energies should be ashamed of Richwood's service levels. If I were Total Energies I would not wanted to be associated with the Richwood Unservice Station.
