Total Energies Rewards a sham

Total Energies loyalty program needs to be investigated and they are misleading customers. Either their developers don't know what they are doing or the business is just *********.

As a customer you can earn points through their app, but when one wants to generate a voucher or redeem the points, it is a complete failure. Even their petrol attended their left confused (can't blame them as they didn't develop the app or know the inner workings).
