Total Energies Pathetic!!!

Total on Rietfontein rd completely useless. Staff don't know what diesel or petrol to put in car and as advertised u get triple points before 1st April. Staff by the name of Lucky doesn't even know how to use card machine so we lost our points. Reported it to the useless manager she said she will get back to us its now a week and we still waiting!!! DONT use Total on Rietfontein Rd they will damage your vehicle as they are clueless!!!!!
