TOTAL ENERGIES N14 (Pretoria bound)

On the 31st July 2024, at about 17h00, I visited the Total Energies on the N14 (Pretoria bound), near Diepsloot. I entered their commercial the commercial section and suffered a serious fall, due to a step not adequately marked. I suffered a torn Archilles tendon, for which I had to undergo surgery. To which NO staff even offered to assist. I have attempted to contact Total Energies, but my mails remain unanswered. I have exhausted my sick leave. Total Energies are more than willing to accept our support, but not willing to address or engage with me regarding the unmarked step on their premises.
