Total Energies Club a joke

Total energies is a joke, firstly only certain total garages know about it and then if you do save some points and like to finally use it that system also seem at fault. You have to go in to claim and they then use the voucher reference. After entering it by the staff the consol said wait and then nothing. Meanwhile on the app said used but end up paying the full value as the staff could not find the voucher payment. It seem someone received the funds from the points definitely not me. So do not waste your time.
