Total Energies cashan, Rustenburg ****

I placed an order at woolworths for pick up at 1 of the pick up points for pargo closest to me being Total garage cashan, Rustenburg. Friday 13 December i was told the parcel had arrived I went in for collection i was told my parcel and not arrived when i probed further Jackie the manager tolf me "maybe its still on the way" after a few days after getting a notification from pargo that my parcel is still there i went to collect to be told again my parcel hasnt arrived and the was a very rude teller who told me theyre doing me a favour by even interacting with me, as if i havent payed for the services. I had to call pargo using my airtime to try and figurr out what is happening with my parcel and after 6 days tgats when they decided to give me my parcel. Claiming that it had 2 names that were causing confusion but that was a blatant lie. It was addressed to me. And it clearly stated that it is FROM glen maris which is a place. If you thinking about fetching your parcel through total cashan rather choose another pick up point cause after all this trouble they never even said a mere "sorry for your troubles" after all the petrol i went going up and down, airtime i spent tryung to figure out what happened to my parcel. And the disrespect i got from the big attendant in the store. If there was a negative rating id give them that.
