Total Energies app ****

I have downloaded the Total Energies rewards app and supported my local Total service station to earn the reward points. Half my reward points disappeared from the app. I have now twice lodged queries via email on the app but absolutely no reply or explanation from Total or the app admin. I am very disappointed with the extremely poor service and will now look to support another brand.
