The selling of contaminated fuel

My car got contaminated with the impure fuel. I went to the car provider and they suggested I go to Total’s manager to pay for the damage and they agreed. My car went in for service and it was later found that there was more damage and I could no longer get my car back unless Total pays for the damages. I sent emails and tried to keep in touch with Total but they keep saying that my query would be handled by the call centre, yet no progress has been made. Unfortunately for them, another customer had the same issue and had to pay the large sum of money themselves due to Total not being cooperative. I am unsatisfied with the service as I too need my vehicle for important things. I am not content with how long they are taking to make ends meet and how they still have not tended to my issue after 5 days of this issue occurring . Very disappointing.
