Suspicious activity involving my Total energies app points

I had accumulated about R300 on my total energies app since January this year so the points have not expired. Yesterday the points were cashed in at read office. I phoned the relevant department who stated that they only expire after 12 months so this should not have happened. This needs to be investigated
