Suspected *****

First and for most, I am utterly disgusted at the level of incompetency such that I'm not even sure if its incompetence or *****. I paid using my bank card at Total Garage Northriding, Malibongwe Road to be quite specific and the money left my account however I was given a declined slip. Ow well these things happen, sure. I withdraw cash and settle my bill as a good person that I am, considering that it took the manager more than 30mins to attend to me and the attendant left me alone as well so I could have left without paying. Manager comes, accepts the cash, asks me to give her the last 4 digits of my card and my number so she can inform me should the money reflect in their account and I can come collect the cash or else it will be reversed back to my account. Okay, great then I leave. 3 days later, there's no money in my account so I take it up with my Bank. Bank tells me the transaction is pending, Garage has to approve the transaction then they'll receive the money or they authorize my Bank to reverse the money then the bank will gladly do so. I go to Garage and advise them the situation, Manager refuses to understand or at least explain to my bank what took place. I mean the garage had nothing to lose as cash was paid for the petrol. Now I have paid R1200 for R600 petrol. I am very frustrated and as I type this, I intend to go to that stupid, ********** Total Garage and cause drama. Next stop is the Police Station.
