Usually don't do this but when men see bull**** we should call it out, Total in Grootbrak what a joke, a lady with a three year old in the car asks to put in R50 fuel, when the petrol attend put its R500, the manager tells her to wait for a mechanic to pull out the fuel, then told she can't leave or they will open a case of theft, what a joke. You people are something else. The manager gave her such a **** attitude as he thought he was in titled, he even tried giving me attitude, but after a little chat told him I'm not interested in speaking to a clown and that the owner needs to call me, after a couple of day we did have a chat and he had the same **** attitude.

The owner and management at Total Grootbrak expected a single mother to wait for their mechanic, not knowing how long that will take and when asked, she was told to go fetch her ID as they needed a copy, so they expected her to drive around for their mistake? You kidding? she was told she can't leave or a case of theft will be opened, these are men that have no ***** or know how to treat people. Even after the bill was settled, they didn't apologize for the inconvenience to her, unbelievable how she was treated. TOTAL Grootbrak will never see us again, and we ised them alot, and wouldn't recommend them, poor business ethics I guess!
