Rude Teller and Unprofessional Supervisor ****ord Sepaela

`I went to Total Energies in Tembisa to purchase Electricity Voucher and the lady at the counter asked me how is she supposed to send me the machine to punch the meter no from the Window, I rep**** by saying I don't know how you do it but i have a meter number and money and need to buy Electricity. She said she can't help because she needs a receipt in order to assist me, i then requested to speak to a supervisor who came, ****ord Sepaela, I told him what's happening and he said he cannot assist because he might punch in an incorrect voucher if he needs the receipt or electricity card. I went to my car and came back with the receipt on my phone which had the meter no and a copy of the receipt they requested, he still failed to help me saying that he needs a physical receipt. I need someone from management to contact me to advise why ****ord Sepaela failed to help me. If he's the supervisor, he told me that he's the one in charge but still failed to assist me. I also need to know whey the lady did not just say, Sir we need a receipt to assist you instead of asking me how is she going to give the machine through the window, that was very rude and unprofessional.
