Poor Total Energies Loyalty Card / Points -Club

At the beginning of this month, my TotalEnergies loyalty card reflected a balance of over 280,000 points. At present, the balance shows only 2,825 points. There is no evidence of any transactions or point expirations that would account for this significant reduction. I contacted the TotalEnergies outsourced call centre to seek clarification; however, the assistance provided was unsatisfactory, and the representatives were unprofessional and unhelpful. I am raising this matter to bring attention to serious concerns regarding the reliability and transparency of the TotalEnergies loyalty programme. Based on my experience, I would advise others to exercise caution when using this programme.
