Poor service. Total energies. Tembisa hospital view

On Monday 15th around 9h30 I went to total energies in hospital view tembisa just by Reverend namane street... There was no petrol attendant and upon asking the cashier the where about of everyone she mentioned there are in a meeting... To my suprise what meeting is this that not even 1 attendant is left on the floor to assist the customers? I parked there for nearly 45 minutes and someone eventually came and started putting cones near the petrol tanks verbalizing that they are in a meeting. Poor communication, poor customer service, absolute disregard for customers. I phoned total ene and spoke to a lady called Portia who then tried to call them and there was no answer. Portia also promised to call me back to assist file a complain, I'm still waiting to this day. Check your cctv footage of how long a Marron Hyundai parked there. Just check you footage
