Poor Service at TotalEnergies Cresswell Park

I am writing to formally complain about the poor service I received at your Cresswell Park station (next to Little Flowers Day Care). On my recent visit (12 January 2026), I was assisted by one of your patrol attendants named Mike. Unfortunately, the service I received was unacceptable. After requesting a fuel refill, I asked him to check the tyre pressure on my front wheel, which was visibly low. Instead of assisting professionally, he gave me a rude look and pretended to put pressure on the tyre. In reality, he did not perform the task at all. As a result, I had to drive to another garage (Engen), where I discovered that the tyre had completely lost pressure. I then got assistance at the engine garage. This not only caused me inconvenience but also posed a serious safety risk.It is clear to me that this poor attitude and lack of service is the reason why the Cresswell Park TotalEnergies station is always empty compared to other competing fuel stations. The service at this branch is consistently the worst I have experienced, and it reflects very badly on your brand. I expect better standards of service and professionalism from TotalEnergies staff. I request that this matter be investigated and appropriate action taken to ensure that customers are treated with respect and that attendants perform their duties responsibly.
