Poor Service and Customer Support from Total Douglasdale

Today I experienced the worst customer service from the car wash staff and poor management skills from their manager.

Today makers the 1st time I had to raise my voice at someone for their poor etiquette and low problem solving skills. On top of that the two gentlemen who are the issue one by the name Sipho, also showcase the highest level of disrespect to their manager who’s trying to resolve the issue but dismissing him when he talks to them and utter under their breathe.

I verbalised how much disdain I have for their treatment of me and their manager and that adds to the reason why they’ll never see me back at their establishment.

All this was triggered by the way they coordinate which cars get wash and which cars get special treatment vs which cars get average service as we aren’t “their regulars and don’t tip big”

Total needs to look into how is it “normal” for the manager on the day can be treated that way in front of the very customer who’s making a complaint about the same customer service. What a wow
