POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was at Totalenergies garage Somerset mall. A petrol attendant broke my fuel tank cap. I got him picking the fuel tank cap on the floor. I came out of the car and I got him trying to fix it. The guy was very defensive and argumentative without answering what happened. I called the manager. The manager checked the footage and never got back to me with an answer or way forward on the day. Until today I never got any response or communication.I am still driving a car without a fuel tank cap until today. It’s been over 5 day already now. #TotalenergiesSA
