Points system no good

So I have the total energies club app on my phone. Been fueling my car at Total to collect the points. Decided to change my points into a voucher to use at the Total garage. After generating my R46 voucher, which is only valid for 24 hours, I was told that they (Total Ladysmith kzn) cannot accept my voucher as they don't support the app anymore. Now I have wasted the voucher, as it will expire tomorrow and cannot be reversed. I will not support Total again, because I feel cheated.
