Please review if there are any security control measures in place and it they are effective for Total TECHNIKON &OK Express.

I would like to express my view of unsatisfactory for the experience I had with Total Te*****on & OK Express located in Pretoria west.

My personal phone and the laptop was ****** from the car whilst I was parking in the premises of Total Technikon to do buy from their express shop. What frustrated me is the way the manager seem to not very have car if I ask if can see the footage to get the understanding of how exactly this could have happened as my car was park just in front of the short.I was told I wont be able to get the footage, as it is only given to SAPS.I was also told that even if I can see the footage it will not help me.I must report the case to the police and get get to claim for the ****** goods from the insurance. I would like that the place will be review as I felt that the customers are not taken care of.
