Owner responding after I left an unpleasant review

After having a horrible experience at Total Energies Nelbury Nelspruit, I left a review. I want to update my review, just for the fact the owner himself phoned me to apologize and ask if he can help me in any way. That was enough for me, receiving a phone call from the owner was more than enough. He was so kind and professional. He will definitely go above and beyond to improve customer service and make sure he have happy clients.
