"Our staff are trained" (TOTAL ENERGISE OBSERVATORY)

Total energies Observatory are absolutely pathetic and management even more so! Understandably, it's new years day, and due to the more so putrid services of McDonald's Observatory and KFC Observatory, Steers at this total most likely would have been full.

The problem I have here is the staff members who managed the parking issue. Absolutely clueless as to what they're doing, the entire garage was in a complete jam, cars can't get in or out, eventually when I managed to get in, a staff members guides me to a parking, tells me I need to circle round to get into it, then guides a car behind me to the same parking where he gets an easier route into the parking and just goes in to it. The guy literally gets out of his car and says "was he supposed to come in here", the staff member says yes, and the guy just carries on like he doesn't care.

After all of this, I call in to complain about the complete trashy service and the manager just says, "there isn't any issue, our staff are well trained with this, we will look at the footage and assess it, we will look at it tomorrow... Or wait, Tuesday, because tomorrow is a holiday".

Pathetic service, pathetic accountability. If I could give zero stars I would do so twice!
