Misrepresentation of brand

I have the Total Energies rewards app/card and which gets used daily because I work for a logistics company, however Total saw it fit to block my card because of "suspected *****".

How is that you create a rewards program yet suspect customers when they use the services for their best interest?

You call their call center for help and everything gets communicated verbally, no service request ref number provided or ref number provided for the escalation. How do i know its being escalated and looked into. Worse park they don't have a turnaround time for escalations. So much for being a BIG company..!!
