misleading advertising by Sasol Potchefstroom

Yesterday I saw a bought pointing at the Total Potchefstroom for a discounted diesel fuel at R23.90 per liter, after pouring I realised that I was charged R26.05 per liter so I asked the attendant and he pointed at the tanks just after where I was, he said that was the diesel depot also owned by the same owner of the total garage I was at but he gets the fuel from somewhere, I told him that this was false advertising and that we are mislead into believing that the fuel also come from Total energies, he said many customers are complaining.
