I took my car for a wash at TOTAL CNR Malibongwe and President Fouche. I have been a client for more that 20 years. This other day I decided to wash my car I did not have lot of items in my car it was my Cuccie sunglasses which I did lock them in my one of the compartment. When I was driving home I decided to take my glasses, to find out they are missing. I spoke to the manager he told me that I must not open the case they will check, but the guy who was washing my car was dismissed because he was *****ling things inside the cars, and i was told that they will call me back.

I waited for mor than 2 weeks and I went back , I end up talking to the lady manager. The lady was very rude she told me that I should have taken everything in my car. I said to her the car is my property and that item was locked inside the compartment, which means this guy gave himself time to look for something in order to still, the sunglasses where not on my seat it was inside the compartment, I was told to do what I want . Most client cleints are no longer putting petrol because of this manager especially the lady one she is realy has a bad attitude and rude.

Petrol attendant toold her that this lady has been with us for years and we never had a problem with her, something need to me done and I need my sungalsses.
