Horrific Service, Bad stop to make

Total Fueling Station - Van Riebeeck Park, Kempton

My wife asked the Petrol attendend to fill her car with Diesel. The Petrol Attendend made a mistake and poured 95 Petrol into my 1.9tdi DIESEL Engen car. My Diesel cap on my kar, where you need to insert the Nosel of the pump Says clear as daylight "Diesel only" on the cap, and a sticker on the inside of the Cap says "Diesel only" aswell. After asking the petrol Attendend why he did he do it. He said " it was a mistake " this happen at 08:45 in the Morning before work

Now they want to drain the Fuel out of the car, it is now 12:00 pm more than 3 hours later. They car is still not drained, they have issues with a pump.

My wife is not at work yet! She gets paid by the hour?

What about my car? Who is going to pay for damages if there accours?

I mean your pump at the fueling station says its discription what kind of fuel it is before you use it, the car's petrol cap indicates wich fuel it uses as well? The discription is at two places, your pump and then my car.

What a Huge inconvenience. I do not recommend this place.
