Good day, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your garage today. I purchased bread from your store that was due to expire the very next day. When I went back to the garage to complain about this, instead of assisting me, I was given attitude and my request for a refund was refused. I simply wanted my money back so that I could go elsewhere and purchase fresh bread. Instead, I was left with nothing and was not given a refund or any replacement. I find the way I was treated completely unacceptable. As a customer, I should be able to raise a genuine concern about a food product without being treated disrespectfully. I would appreciate this matter being taken seriously and would like an explanation as to why my money was not refunded and why I was treated this way. I expect better customer service and accountability from TotalEnergies.
