Get no Loyalty points by Total Port Alfred

For the past months I was filling up with petrol at Total Port Alfred fuel station but I haven't been credited with points and every time I go to fill up the pump tenant says their machines don't work but they will put it in manually but this never happened and this is now going on 2 months in a row and I go to fill my vehicle's every week. If I don't get my loyalty points I may as well go fill by Astron also on my way to my clients.
