F'cked up petrol station in soweto

I am at Total Energies in Pimville Soweto. I just poured in Petrol but there is no difference to my petrol gage. The manager is giving me all sorts of bull and now I'm stranded here at the garage because I don't have money and don't have petrol.

He doesn't want with the owners numbers so I can report this matter. Please help
