Disappointing

Firstly I just want to make it clear that i love Total energies and i swear by their petrol and service everywhere you go, however I'm disappointed with their promotions team/marketing. I won a promotion they had in August for women's month till this day i haven't received my price, all i received was an sms confirming my winning after that i had to keeping following up what's happening, nothing is coming out from it. Unfortunately noone is being done favours i spent money to win the competition, promotions push sales and it's a win for everyone. Be ethical in your dealings.

There's a lady that been trying to help Lamangwe i appreciate her assistance and i know its not her doing, i hope this message gets to the right people.
