Denied customer service

I was really saddened and disappointed by the service I got from a petrol attendant at Total Energies Wesselton this morning. I had a flat tyre and got to the forecourt just before 07:35 first the petrol attendant was on a smoking break which he smoked until his cigarette was finished (no sense of urgency for customers) when he finally got to the pumps there were many cars at that time. He went on and attended people who got there before me and one man told him to assist me first since they all got me there he told the man that I don’t bring money to business, mind you I buy fuel, bread and water there everyday and just because I was there for a flat tyre I couldn’t be assisted. I waited until I asked a stranger to assist me. I’m livid and hurt.
