Company is robbing customers

On the 22 June 2024 at around 20:00, I stopped to buy a pie and snacks at total Umdloti beach, I was later charger twice on an item I didn't buy. When I went to enquire about the charge...I was told it will bounce back because the can find the slip.. the manager told me to wait now it's been more than 30 days since I was ****** buy the company.
