Careless gas station Total Elspark

Worst place ever poor management and service i was there on the 26th of September to get petrol and check my oil and water the petrol attendant slammed my bonnet multiple times causing it to get stuck and bent my bonnet we've been waiting for feedback from management and only received feedback this morning that they can't see any damage on their videos, hallo the lights are reflecting on the camera they are just ignoring the fact that you can see how he is fiddling and slamming the bonnet multiple times I will never go there again as im sitting with damage on my vehicle now and they don't give a danm and as per al the previous bad reviews I've read here clearly they are making more enemies than customers. And it is no use to send an email as their emails also don't go through. Will definitely not recommend this place. And will tell my family and friends in Elspark to steer clear because clearly they dont care about their customers.
