Car Damage Issue

I am Lydia Zenzile from Cape Town and I am writing to you regarding my vehicle which was damaged in the hands of a petrol attendent at Lydnedoch Total Garage, Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

On the 14th of April 2022 I went to fill up my petrol tank and had asked the petrol attendent to check my oil and water and after he had checked he closed the bonnet of the car without closing the cap in which one checks the water. Without my concern I drove around with the car and it gave me no problems until the 18th of April 2022 my car broke down due ti lack of water and the cap issue had caused it. However, I managed to take the car to the petrol station where the incident took place and reported everything to them. Since then it has been a month now that i am without a car because although they agreed to get it fixed under their insurance but until this day no progress has been made on the vehicle and I am in desperate need of your assistance to get my car fixed. It's been 3 months now without my vehicle and I was not even given a courtesy car so I have been using public transport and they never bother to call or update me on any progress if there is any.
