************** will never end in Groblersdal, my friend and I went to Total filling station at Obaro for petrol top up on the 7 June 2023 at around 17:30. The attandant gave us an awesome service and the problems started when we had to pay. I gave the guy my card to swipe and just when we were waiting for the slip, this woman by the name of Welma van Deventer came approaching our car and demanded the swiping machine. The guy told her that he was still busy with us and asked her to wait for few seconds, instead of waiting she grabbed the machine and walked into the store. The attandant had to chase after her for the slip. We stood there wondering what was happening. The attandant came with our slip and when asked what was going on he couldn't answer. We had to go into the store to ask the woman why she was acting like that. She became so rude to us and unapologetically telling us to fu*k off since we got our slip. She then walked away from us saying she's a manager there. We felt undermined and discriminated. It's like we were not good enough to be customers there. There are so many questions revolving this matter. Why do we say we are free while there are still this kind of people out there who behaves like this. Total energies must look into this matter and give us feedback. We can't be treated like this.
