Bonjour Nighmare!

I went to total elspark on the 1st of October 2023 at 23:00, I went up to window to go buy cigarettes and water, I was assited by Octavia, my card declined, I asked her to void water, she said they don't void I must leave, I kindly asked her how are you going to serve the next customer if you can't void, what should have been done turned into an argument which eventually led the person behind me being assited by her before me while I was told to wait, she called a petrol attendant to come make me swipe on a different machine she had in her possession saying to him I'm broke and refuse to leave so she wanted to prove it him, the purchase went thru and she was slow in handing me my purchases, I had a horrible experience shopping there and would not recommend using bonjour to anyone, their employees swear at us and call us broke, and provide exceptionally rude service. I highly recommend using other petrol and convenience retailers besides Total energies bonjour.
