BKB Total energies incorrect fuel

BKB Total energies poured incorrect fuel into my Mercedes Benz on the 25th of June 2023. I paid for fuel without knowing that its diesel and drove the car until breakdown. When i claimed they said they can only pay 60% of the damage and 40% must come from my account due to a millage from my car. I don't see a VIP treatment from BKB Total energies. Victor Treu manager from the petrol station did not even apologies. I don't have car I'm using hire car from pocket. Lee-Ann and Victor they said they cannot provide me a car hire while waiting for my car to be fixed.
