Bad service ever

My most disappointing experience was with R752 worth of points. I created a voucher worth R65, which I used at the store last month. However, my balance has remained stable throughout. Suddenly, it fell to R52. I was informed that their system is incapable of being inaccurate. I am the one who created the voucher for the full amount, even though it was a clear R65. I was informed that I will not receive my money back after I have been loyal to them.
