Bad service by Thoko the cashier at Total

Total Klippoortjie offers a great service the petrol attendants are always active and offers full service. Today I wanted to buy paraffin the cashier by the name of Thoko gave me bad attitude and she was doing the same to the attendant that was trying to help me since he was the person I asked if they have paraffin, she went as far as not helping me with payment and sent the other cashier who was very friendly and helpful. That Thoko need to learn customer service and treat people with respect irrespective of what they are buying. It is people like her who tarnish the great service offered by fellow colleagues!
