Bad service

As the price of petrol went up on the 4th of October 2023 the Total garage in Katlehong had already adjusted the petrol price to the new price on the 3rd October and when I asked the told me it does not matter. How can that be? I had to stop filling up full tank because it was not going to make a difference even if I do it the next day. I have a receipt as proof. Please investigate this cause many people were actually ****** of the extra cents on that night. And the management was not bothered about this complain.
