Bad service

I went a rent a trailer at Total Elardus Park in Pretoria East on Suturday morning, 13/04/2024. The manager who assisted me told me about the remtal fee per day and the deposit that I will get when I return the trailer. He said that if I bring it the same day before 6pm, I will get my refund, or I can bring it back the following day before 6pm to get my deposit. The time on the slip was 09:15am. I returned the trailer the following day around 14:00. When I enquired about the refund, he told me that I had returned the trailer 4 hours after the 24hrs had lapsed. Then he started showing me terms and conditions he did not show me the previous day. I left that place without my deposit, he kept on telling me that they will deduct the fee for a day rental and gave me a change of R70, I told him to keep it, he can do whatever he wants with it. It wax the 2nd time I used their services. The 1st time was about 4 years back, I used the trailer fgir 1 day and returned it the very same day.
