Bad experience with TotalEnergies Elspark

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Total Energies Elspark. I purchased a battery which I had to return twice due to problems. During the second return, instead of receiving assistance, I was treated very disrespectfully by a cashier who, in front of other customers, told me to "stand aside" so she could serve others and claimed she had told me to come back the next day — which was not true.

The lack of professionalism and the public embarrassment I experienced were unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected better treatment and proper assistance. I will seriously reconsider using this branch in the future unless there is a clear improvement in their customer service
