Bad customer service at its best

Parked at the Reyno Ridge branch in Emalahleni. Waiting for 30 Minutes before someone assisted me. Worst is other guys pull in and they get helped immediately and when I ask about it they say those guys were here first. Worst place as this is honestly the second time already.
