Bad customer service

My husband bought a energy drink from them Total energies in Strumosa Rustenburg which resulted in a false breathalyzer report . So he was fired and he disputed the dismissal so at work they said he needed to bring proof that he had taken Monster. So he lost the proof of payment and he went there to ask for it. The person responsible for admin Tebogo she said that she can’t give it to him actually she doesn’t have time to look for it has happened far back . She won’t maybe her colleague who happened to be a supervisor will do it . I must just call anyway they sent us from Pilar to post even though we tried explaining to them what’s at stake. To think that we use that to garage to put petrol every time . We were just stereotypical about it . But after such I’ll never buy anything there . I would never even waste my money . I’ll tell my friends and family about them. It is so hurting if people do not have empathy and compassion to the others. I myself work with people I would really care if someone is about to lose his or her job. Kindness is for free and you’ll gain a lot just by being kind that’s all. A simple slip that the person knows the date and the exact time I don’t think going through that month’s box will even hurt, or take time if their admin is organized.
