Bad client service

Good day I had the most embarrassing moment of my life yesterday the 14th October, I took my car to Nissan potchefstoom for a service, their driver took me to the mall, after my breakfast I start to walk back, along the way i needed a bathroom, I cross the road to total energies, as they had a bathroom for R5 on a machine I put it in the slot, which did not open i asume their is Camaras so u welcome to look it was 10h00 on the morning, I ask the cleaner if she pls can open since I really need the bathroom and I have kidney problems, she said I should put another R5 which I did not had in cash, and can't swipe for R5 she referred me inside, inside the lady of the office or I asume the owner was called she looked at me turn around walked, a lady was buzy packing stock called the petrol attendant he said he don't have a key, the humiliation and embarrassing moments I got a R5 from a guy who assisted me, before I use total stations but I am so dissapionted and disgusted, with the service,,,, i took pics of the place it's a national road and imagine having this bad and clearly not friendly staff
