Total Defence Solutions unacceptable service.

Total Defence Solutions, recently acquired Ubuntu security, and as a result the quality of service that I was used to from Ubuntu has completely disappeared. Background to this is the following: Ubuntu provided me with service whereby I can access my home security via my home network to arm, disarm and view the one statuses. I installed this service at a fairly large expense and with monthly billing that I paid to Ubuntu. Recently, I had to replace my routers at home, requiring the IP address of the security system to be changed. TDS, which has taken over the security contract was unable to provide that service. Two of the technicians of TDS attempted, at great effort for their side (the technicians) to resolve this without success. When I then started escalating to management to explore reasonable alternatives, I received very non-committal responses from the control centre, and no response from any part of management. A further note, I have not received any statements or accounts from TDS, specifying what services are being provided, and at the moment I am very concerned that I am being misled on several levels.
