I have purchased goods from TotalCycling.com - I have not received the goods, sent numerous e-mails regarding shipping, shipping company, where the goods are, etc. These guys have not responded, and have not provided any reasonable explanation as to why the goods have not arrived. No refunds, no chance of recovering the lost money. So sad to see this type of thing still happening. Incase this was all a misunderstanding, which I highly doubt, the order number is 232858 Item RU***GB.
