TOTAL CONCEPT BEAUTY SPA( NEWTON PARK,PE)

Good day I would like to express my total disgust in the way my friend has been treated at this beauty spa in PORT ELIZABETH CALLED TOTAL CONCEPT BEAUTY SPA! IN NEWTON PARK ,PE.first of all NEUROFIBROMATOSIS OF THE SKIN AND ESPECIALLY VERY MILD ,is not a contagious desease.On arrival at reception ,she was scanned(looked at) from head to toe by the reception lady .heading off for a full body massage.My friend asked is there a problem and the receptionist said "there might be".The Manager has been called to front who,on arrival stood a distant from her is if shes some sick ,ill person and not to be touched.The Manager advised that they use students and need to protect themselves aswell as the client,whereby my friend did explain that its only a typical skin condition and nothing is wrong with her.Now I want to know is this how you going to treat paying clients ?????? Absolutely disgusting .please advise your staff that they need to go check what the condition is and make yourself aware,and to degrade a client like this is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.Its already a sensitive matter to an individual with a skin condition and from a manager's point of view just to be very hasty towards a client and rushing off is not very acceptable.
