Useless

We have place order at Totai and payed in full in May and every day they say it will dispatch, today we phone and the stores tell us no the order is still in quote form they cant dispatch, this is bad as we need the stock urgent but all they say is we have a backlog, why is my order still in quote form if I already payed for the performa invoice? Then secound I asked for a new performa for extra stock and it is now a week later still waiting for the performa, if I phone they busy with it, if I ask to add spares they say they will but dont add it. It feels like i am working with a bunch of unprofessional poeple.
