TOTAI GAS GEYSERS

One can not complain about service because there is none! I bought 2 gas geysers, a 12 L and a 20 L. Both gave issues from the beginning. I complained to them and Keegan Reddy rep****, and promised to allow me to take the unit back to Hi Fi Corp for a refund. I needed him to advise where and to whom I must take it and he said that he would rather send his "agent" to come and replace it. Since then he has not rep**** to my mails and I cannot even get hold of their switchboard, only able to leave a message.
