Totai gas geyser

The Totai external gas geyser is constantly malfunctioning, the wires from the battery holder to the gas ignition are not fully protected with a heat resistant sleeve causing these cable sections to burn, resulting in an electrical short and consequently malfunction. I have had these geysers installed by a registered gas installer. Totai have replaced the first unit but the defective design was not fixed causing the replacement unit to burn the cables again.
